Cordova Bay Renovation

This 1990’s house had a good layout, but needed some serious updating to bring it up to date. A spectacular curved glass, metal, and oak staircase replaced the tired looking painted one. A truly “spa-like” ensuite bathroom, powder room and two other bathrooms were modernized. Of course, a full kitchen renovation to finish it off, with built-in coffee station.
