Home Renovation
Discovery Bay Homes in Victoria can help make the renovation process easier for you. A home renovation starts with your ideas, so just a few clippings of ideas you have is all we need to start together. We can guide you through the creative planning and budgeting process to help bring your renovation dreams to life in a way that suits your budget and will make you proud. We do home remodeling and improvements, basement or rental suite developments, or even the multitude of repairs needed from Home Inspections reports.
Are you dreaming of your perfect home but unsure of how to bring it to life? Perhaps you’ve created a mood board on Pinterest with a range of pictures and references for inspiration, yet the thought of taking that first step towards making the ideas real is somewhat daunting. It can feel overwhelming trying to anticipate what each step of the project process will look like. This is where we step in to guide you through the process
At our first no obligation meeting, we’ll discuss your thoughts and ideas, as well as how to go about shopping for your product selections. We’ll evaluate your home together and discuss your needs, budget and timeline so we can make an informed, written proposal to you.
Renovating an existing home requires a different level of planning, care and construction knowledge. “Ingenuity” is the spirit behind a crafty home renovation – blending the older with the new takes a special talent and healthy dose of technical experience. This is where the experts at Discovery Bay Homes excel.
With years of creative and practical expertise in Victoria, the Discover Bay Homes team considers the existing structure, your architectural vision, buildability, budget and long-term comfort. This helps us identify challenges early and deliver a renovation or that feels carefully considered from every angle.
